Created to offer a “premium, not pretentious” experience, The Butcher & The Bar delivers on every aspect. While vinyl records play softly in the background, you can shop for choice cuts of local Florida meat and poultry and enjoy an expertly made cocktail and small plates at the bar. The old school vibe of the commercial interior creates a welcoming atmosphere and every thoughtful design detail is curated with care. With a concentration on offering the most exceptional products, it’s only logical that the restaurant interior would be as carefully curated to coordinate.

The intimate commercial space features an accommodating bar with indoor seating. A faux resin carrera marble bar top crowns a sliced oak, oxblood stained die wall and a repurposed fire sprinkler pipe foot rail. Classical turned balusters and woodwork highlight a dark wood back bar and contribute to a vintage feel. Uplit LED lighting showcases a bronze mirror back and bottle waterfall shelving. These subtle design features lend themselves to the elegant aesthetic.

A cozy floor plan includes a mixture of table and high top seating. Corner booth seating is accentuated by a hand painted glass vintage panel that coordinates with the butcher theme.

Distressed outdoor tables and a drink rail tie in with the rich wood colors of the restaurant interior to ensure the outdoor seating area is also a formidable choice to dine.

Mindful butcher details dot the interior to unify the central design theme. Cutting board table tops distressed to look worn serve as the backdrop to the chef’s gourmet offerings. A banquette lined wall provides the perfect view of the entire restaurant interior and all the action. Vintage meat cleavers are integrated throughout as repurposed door handles and showcase pieces.

To supplement functionality, a dark wood service station offers shelving for storage, a wall mounted display with meat cleavers houses the daily specials and a distressed wood host stand on casters ensures the host is always in the right place at the right time.

All refined design and furniture elements in the restaurant interior buildout correspond with the deliberateness of The Butcher & The Bar’s gastronomic delights that complement each other in the highest regard.
